We are renting out the spacious bed with full bath (never used) in our first floor. The house is in lennar at carolina springs community. The rent includes all the amenities and utilities. The community is 10min away from suvidha international apex and 10min to hollysprings town center which has gym, target, many restaurants like bdubs etc.,.
