We are 3 people and prefer to keep the apartment clean, quiet, respectful professionals and have no pets.
The person shall be willing to keep the room clean & well maintained as cleanliness is important to us. Apartment is located in RTP area within town of Cary. Cooking is separate as everyone has their own likes and preferences.
The community is abundant with Indian families and the street gets lively during Indian festivals.
This place is very close (just 5 mins away) to Credit Suisse, Cisco, NetApp, Biogen, IBM and other companies.
Located near to a 24 hour Gas station, proximity to Indian Grocery store (Spices Hut & RTP Sabzi Mandi – 5 minute drive), Harris Teeter/Target/Persis Indian Restaurant, WholeFoods – all 5 mins away.

Note: An advance is needed for security purposes and will be returned upon the end of the lease (feb 2025) and as long as there are NO damages to the room or apartment.
