The house backs to the woods and has a great view from the porch and in a great silent neighborhood. 5 mins to groceries/shops (~1.5 miles to Harris Teeter, Suvidha etc). There is 1 other person living in the house. He is a working professional, clean, easy going (as long as you keep the common areas clean).
