Close to the Go-Durham bus stop (5 min ride to Shopping, 30 min direct ride to downtown Durham). The house is furnished and has a large backyard and deck ideal for grilling and relaxing.
The neighborhood has private walking trails, an exercise room, a swimming pool, and direct access to the American Tobacco Trail.
I am the only other tenant in the house. I am an MD, and I work at Duke doing research. I have 2 medium-sized size dogs- must love dogs, very friendly (Unfortunately due to landlord restrictions I cannot take any more pets).
