Soon we are expanding our operations into USA, especially into RTP area.
We wanted to know if the following training model works for you guys (whoever is looking).

Selection Process:
We interview all the approached candidates and select based on their on education, reasoning and analysis skills.
Training Process:
- You need to move to company provided accommodation in RTP area (Walkable distance to company office).
- Food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) is provided by company.
- Training days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week). Only Sunday is holiday.
- Along with food and accommodation, $500 USD will be provided as financial-aid per month.
- Training mode: Offline (classroom based training) – NO online
- Training/work hours: 12 hours a day (6 AM to 6 PM)
- Total training months: 5 months
- Job trials starts after training(5 months) is completed. On average a student may need 2 to 3 months to get job after 5 months training.
- Until you get the job, we will provide Food, accommodation and financial-aid.
Fee:
You need to work for company for three years.
First year salary $50,000 USD/year.
Second year salary $60,000 USD/year and
Third year salary $70,000 USD/year.
