The apartment is spacious and in very good condition (Washer/Dryer/Fridge/Oven/Dish washer/gym/trash valet and many more!) and it’s located nearer to corporate offices like Metlife way and Verizon Business etc.
The apartment is already set up with electricity and internet so it’s basically ready to move in.
Rent is $845 a month plus utilities.
