If you or anyone of your known is looking for a nice apartment with very friendly Indian neighborhood, with grocery stores at walkable distance including Indian groceries (Apna Bazar) and good schools for kids, this would be a perfect place to rent. There are great playgrounds for kids within the community and a beautiful lake is less than 5 min walk away. Carpenter park is also just 5-6 min walk away where kids can have a wonderful play time and parents can play pickle ball, basket ball, etc. The management is very friendly, organizes fun events around the year, and any maintenance request are resolved either the same day or the next. The apartment has great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, summer house, gazebo, etc. The apartment is available on Bexley at carpenter village website in $1,649 (https://www.bexleyatcarpentervillage.com/floorplans) but one can also try to negotiate for a slight price reduction as we did when we rented this apartment .
