I am looking for someone to sublease my 3 bedroom/2bath unit. Unfortunately, I am in need of more space due to my expanding family. First floor, easy access to unit. Patio with storage and a huge sized walk-in closet in each of the three bedrooms. Unit does also have a microwave/dishwasher/washer and dryer. My rent is $1,884.41 (including $35 for valet trash). Willing to sublease for $1,500.00. Unit is available from Nov. 7, 2022 up to Dec 18, 2022 and can be renewed thereafter.
You will need to apply/qualify through the leasing office. You will sign a lease with/pay rent directly to the complex.
The apartment complex is Carrington at Perimeter Park and the specific plan is Amsterdam. There are quite a few pictures on the website as well as an overall sketch of the unit (I have the Amsterdam 3 bed/2bath unit that is 1,491 sq ft). The apartment complex itself is highly rated and has great reviews online (4.4* overall).
I do not require a deposit, but the leasing office may dependent upon your credit. The is an additional non-refundable pet fee that is based on pet(s)/breed(s). Soonest availability for move in is Nov 7, 2022.
