Looking for someone who is interested in taking over my lease(male or female) at The Station for August move-in (2021-2022) in a Carter Townhouse (4BR, 4BA). The leasing office states that you can stay in any Carter Townhouse and do not have to stay in the unit I lived in. My lease is $766 (electricity is not included but is around $20-$30.
