I’m subleasing my 1 BHK apartment in MARQUIS on cary parkway, Morrisville. Apartment is equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and high speed internet. It is 2 miles from Morrisville elementary school. 5 mins walkable distance from Indian grocery and Village market place. Rent is 1379$ per month. Rent for similar units in same apartment is 1500$. We need this to go ASAP so we are fine to negotiate little amount on rent but you can occupy from oct 1.
