The room includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, a computer table and chair, and an in-unit washer and dryer. It’s a well-lit room with access to a window. You will be free to use the fully equipped kitchen. It’s a non-smoking and no pet home. It’s also a short walk from the greenway, perfect for runs and strolls.
The house is located in central location, food joints, Harris Teeter, Indian store, Aldi, CVS, and other day to day amenities are at a walkable distance. Also, Walmart, Walgreens, and great food and recreation joints are within 5 min drive.
You can hop right on I-40 and I-540, which makes it very convenient to a lot of places. Downtown Durham is a 15-minute drive, and downtown Raleigh and Chapel Hill are both 20 minutes away. The community is very quiet and friendly.
