One room + private bath is available for rent in 4 bedroom ranch style home. Room is upstairs comes with bed and TV, other things can be made available in room as required. Utilities are included in the price, Kitchen can be used for cooking but will prefer someone who keeps room and house clean. We have two small dogs in house, will prefer someone who is comfortable with dogs. They both are very friendly, Doggy gate is installed at stairs so they won’t go upstairs.
