Looking for a vegetarian working professional in a 4 bed 3.5 bath townhome to be shared with me and another housemate. Location is Corners at Brier Creek, Durham (please check before contacting if this location works for you). Room is semi furnished. It will have a mattress and a table. House is furnished. Looking for someone who can stay for 5-6 months.
$925 for a room with separate bath on ground floor
One month rent as a deposit and one month notice while vacating is required
