Lease ends Oct 2023 and you can renew if interested. The apt is on the 2nd floor, gets good sunshine, has great closet space & spacious bed rooms. The base rent for the sub lease is $1895(The same is listed as 2500$+ on the community portal)
The community is hardly an year old and has a very good reviews(4.9 Google ratings). The community organizes biweekly/monthly gatherings for the residents( Free Wednesday wine 😉 ) and also offers several included amenities: Swimming pool, Kids play area, Fitness Center, Club house for birthday functions, office/meeting rooms. Walkable distance from Apna Bazaar, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Morrisville Community Park, several pizzerias & restaurants are the key highlights.
