I am looking for a female roommate for one bedroom available in a 2b2b apartment which is located in a safe area starting July/August 2022 (can be flexible with move in date). The apartment is located in Durham/Morrisville. It’s a spacious apartment with lots of natural light. The apartment is located on last floor(4th floor) with a balcony. The apartment complex is equipped with elevator. Indian grocery store and Walmart is 7 min drive.
The rent would be $870. Please let me know if interested.
