Recently I have taken 2 bed with 2 bath apartment on lease in Bradford apartments, Cary in July 2024 and suddenly happened to move to other state due to my job relocation and I can’t break the lease as per the lease agreement. So I’m looking for someone who can take this on sub lease. Lease expires in July 2025.
Rent is $1799 / month
I can pay the one time admin/ processing charges for sublease agreement if anyone willing to move-in
