I am looking for someone to occupy his place in 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Townhouse at poplar west apartments. https://www.trinitypropertiesapartments.com/poplar-west.html. Walkable distance to Duke University west campus with safe community. Very hard to get this place. The current lease ends in May 2025. I prefer tidy and vegetarian roommate.
Rent share is $644/person + utilities.
