We are a couple from Hyderabad looking for a private room in Durham (27707) area. As you know, rents for a single bedroom are too expensive and finding a room for a couple has become too difficult. We would like to stay in sharing until we settle down a bit. Please let me know if you have any availability. Our budget is up to $700. We are open to sign a lease if anyone has similar requirement.
