Rent $600 -> Washer and Dryer included, Water bill included. Other utilities like cable bill, electricity bill, etc. shared between both of us. Total price approximtely $660

– Recliner Sofa and TV in the hall
– Bedrooms with Carpet, remaining areas (hall, dining, kitchen and bathrooms) with Vinyl flooring
– kitchen fully equipped. If you like, you can join me for cooking.
– Smoking not allowed inside the apartment.
Location: on NC 55 between High house rd and morrisville parkway intersection.
