Required Skill:
Experience planning and driving scrum team’s work and remove impediments which will prevent successful Sprint closure
Experience forecasting sprint iterations with the Product Owners and concerned business partners.
Experience managing/controlling scope and coaching individuals in Agile processes and tools
Experience guiding collaboration on test efforts from strategy, planning, development and execution.
helping teams to clarify goals and ensure activities are on-track and focused
Experience conducting sprint Demo and Retrospective.
Demonstrated ability to ensure the correct use of Scrum process .
Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain system documentation.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and monitor and eliminate team conflicts.
Strong risk, business impact analysis, and reporting skills.
Demonstrated strength in working with JIRA.
Highly desired:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related certification.
