Private/Full Room available for rent in furnished town house. Includes all appliances like washer, dryer, refrigerator, Sofa, Clothing Closet, etc. Rent does not include utilities. The utility bills are share by the tenants: Heat, Electricity, Water, Gas. Internet/WiFi and monthly home cleaning is included in the rent.
Fully furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom.
NOTE: Will need 1 month rent as deposit when tenant moves in. DO NOT SEND SCAM EMAILS!!!
