We have a large furnished basement flex room with attached full bathroom available for rent in our brand new Townhome in Apex 27523. We think, it is ideal for 1 (or) 2 people. We will provide you the bedding, 1 small individual refrigerator for yourself on top of shared refrigerator and a separate instant pot for yourself on top of the shared kitchen.
