Planned to rent out other bedrron with attached Bath room until my family join me on May 22nd. At current, I don’t have any furniture. Looking for $800 including all utilities ( Electrcicty, Washer/dryer, Wi-fi). Occupant free to use Kitchen and all the amenties provided by Apartment including swimming pool, GYM (under rennovation) . No Smoking in AND arnd apartment as its a smoke free apartment complex. Available for immediate move in. $250 security deposit . Prefer who can keep Kitchen and bath room clean .
