The rent includes internet, valet trash, cable (HBO+channels) for TV. Washer and Dryer included with the Unit
Looking for a commitment of five months or more
This is an upgraded unit with kitchen appliances and carpet.
Utilities that have to be split will be Electric and Water which will be 100$ or less
About me: I work in an EPC firm with working hours from 8-5pm at Apex, I have been living in the area for the last four years, I’m open-minded, I love to travel, volunteer and cook. Pretty chilled and keep to myself most of the time.
Note. I have a two year old rescued friendly pet cat, which you should be ok with.
