We are a young and outgoing couple and bought a townhome recently. We are renting one of our bedrooms. We are south Indian telugu speaking couple but gets along with everyone. The house is 2 exits from RTP and close to duke university. Parking available. Bedroom is furnished with queen bed and night stand with attached bathroom. Cleaners will come every two weeks to clean the house. Cleaning is included in the rent. Photos on request!
