Posting on behalf of my roommate – Hi! I am a law student NCCU looking for a graduate or working professional woman to take over my roommate’s lease. Our townhome is located in Cary/Morrisville area by the Wegman’s. It is 20 minutes from downtown Durham and 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh. It is a 3b/2.5b house, and I would be in the master bedroom. The other two rooms and bathroom would be the ones available. Rent is $1,575 split 50/50 along with utilities. I also have a two-year-old white shepherd mix who is really friendly and sweet. Also, my landlord will not allow another pet in the home, unfortunately.
